it's just a small mod made to the advance side of the dizzy. it's not a module. it holds the plate back in the dizzy and slows it's rotation therefore holding it back from advancing back to your static timing mark. this is why the simple fix of locking the timing is okay, but still isn't the best.

if you lock the timing, you get, say, 0
