Take a trip to the importers/wreckers to see what fits.

As for the reg, by the changing of the injectors you will be going to aftermarket computer. Use something to suit the computer. If going Deco (other posts) grab one off a camira or whatever, a 3 bar map sensor (1 bar vacuum, 2 bar boost) is available for these.
