OH SORRY GUYS,

just did a brief research..and found out that that component i had wasn't exactly a VVT..

its called the VVC

Variable Venturi Carb....have the advantage of at full throttle, there is minimal restriction to airflow compared to a traditional fixed-venturi carburtor. Vacuum and airflow regulate the venturi movement, and excellent fuel metering is achieved with tapered rods that move with the venturi, allowing more or less to flow.

That explains it all..

Its not my engine's which is unique...instead its actually my carb...

no wonder...

gosh~ guys, sorry for making such a big mistake...
