alright .... spoke to 2 auto elecs today and the guys going to be tuning my sedan; out come is the bosch bluebird unit feral offers would be the best value for money you can do. better spark and easier to setup.
the pulsar one is a cheaper starting point but if something goes wrong parts are worth a fotune and not always readily available.
regraphing should be done on either to suit engine, cam, carb specs and the type of driving expecting to be done.
vacuum advance is niether here nor there as it really only comes into play when cruising lightly on the throttle.

looks like i'm going to have to start saving those hard earned dollars
