Depends on the PCD and lots of other things.

If you can get disc or drum blanks, then this task can be made easier.

The studs can be removed, and the axle flanges can be welded up. The flanges can be then redrilled to 4 spot, but if the drums or disc rotors go over the top of the wheel studs, then it may be impossible without making swiss cheese of the drum/rotors. These cannot have their holes filled with weld.

It would be decided on a case by case basis. My Commodore diff went from 5 stud to 4 stud to suit my Datto1200.

The front axles are a different kettle of fish.
You'd need either suitable 4 stud replacements, or have custom hubs made up.
