My vote also goes for the Toyo's, although I have never used them. I too have seen Chris Petersen get remarkable times at Wakefield and Oran Park on them.

Me, I've tried a few different ones.
Dunlop Furmula-R in 185/580/15 and 195/55/15, great once they have warmed up [not so good for super sprints]. I think that the Dunlop inherently dont like being heat cycled as much as say the Yokies. The Dunlops go very hard in a relatively short time.

Pirelli P-5000 radials in 195/50/15 good grip, but a bit squirmy on corners.

Yokies A032R in 185/60/14 great alround tyre. Good consistant feel. Can feel a little slippery when they are cold. [I got mine second hand and I think they are getting a bit hard].

Falken RSV-04 semi slick, 195/55/15, I have developed the most grip with these tyres using the current suspension settings on the 1200. Less understeer and tends to pick up the inside tyre more. very soft though. But they are priced very well.. $150 each when I bought mine.
