Hmm the trust factor is a problem, theres always dodgy dealers out there..its just a matter of finding them!

Freak in relation to the cam, it is quite slugish pre 2200ish RPM, chugs along and doesnt pull until that point, but when it does it goes pretty well!!
The only other factor that i can think of is that it does not have any extractors (in process as we speak) and the timing chain is a bit loose and really should be replaced....Could this be an attributing factor?
Boofhead, the 'sweet sound and smell of twin 40's at full throttle' I could be in the old skool team then !!! I'll have a look around and see if there is some going cheap, should be some knocking around Tassie somewhere im thinking...

One question, what is fuel consumption like with twin 40s? From experience here??
