Mate its quite simple to do by ear. Get it idling to around where you want. To to this keeping putting your ear next to each carby until the sucking noise is the same or very close to. Some people use a piece of hose to do this. Then just set the mixtures like you would on a normal carby. As you wind the jet in or out the idle speed will increase and/or decrease. Keep adjusting until its it just peaks over the highest rpm and then take it back a little.

Its quite simple to do. Dont worry about flow meters. You will get it very close just by listening. Some people I know have listned and then tested with a flow meter and found that they were nearly spot on all ready.
