the two screws under the dash panel are a little way back.one holds the metal bracket the choke cable goes through,the other is very close to the drivers door,on a little extension
which is very easy to break if you don't find it.the best way to see this one is to get on your knees just outside the drivers door & look up at the underside of the panel between the door & the steering wheel.running your fingers along the inderside will also show you where it is.
