You have got 13mm each side from the struts themselves + 10mm (I think, I'll measure it tonight. *Edit*: yes, 320mm vs 310mm) from the longer lower control arm, so 23 mm per side total difference, or 10.5 mm to make up per side (allowing for 25mm total track increase.) I would have thought you could fix that with the right offset.
*Edit* can probably be made legal with a 5.5" rim but the best I could get for a 6" with +40 offset was an increase track of 30mm......i.e illegal by 5mm & that is without much strut clearance. +38 offset 6" rims should work well (guard will need to be rolled & pumped 10mm or so) but is a long way from being legal in terms of track. spewin.
