140hp will get you into trouble on the steet in a 1000 ute
Thats why i only use mine on the race track.
Use a stock a14 bottom end,put that head on it with a 72 degree cam & your delorto carbs tune it properly & you will not disapointed in the resault. My car had twin 40mm webers on a stock a15 & that went well in a 1200. You have a 1000. Correct me if im wrong they weigh 650kg that will go very well.
