dodgy dodgy dodgy.

the fines for re-birthing a car (which also mean changing engine numbers) are going to be $20,000 soon.

and if you crash and kill someone, they'll pick apart your car and find it is NOT a CA16, but a CA20. then you lose your third party personal insurance and have to

a) go to prison
b) pay for someone's medical expenses for the rest of their waking life if they DO survive and
c) live with the knowledge that if you had just settled for a few hp less you wouldn't be in this mess you call daily life now.

so, why not start with a CA16 block and fit a CA18 crank?
