With a bit of help from Kevin (aka, kev-dog lol)




and my new head gasket (other one had some surface stuff missing thus caused a slight water leak out the right side of the head) it is all back together!

I took the wagon for a spin around the block and to fill up with petrol but it still isnt tuned right so its still running fairly bad. I just gave it the once over, set back to base carb settings and retarted the dizzy a fair bit, not sure how much tho.
My question is, at almost to full lock turning right there is a knock knock knock sound coming from the front left wheel area. Ive replaced all the bushes around there and also disasembled the steering gear sprayed fitted new boots and put back same with the disk rotor and strut assembly.... I havent changed anything apart from bushes and new 2" lower springs, 195/50 15" TRX rims and 8mm spacers, any ideas?
Also theres a simliar noise from the rear left tyre aswell, kinda bumps around and knock knock knock when driving... Im thinking its the spacers and their moving the rim around but their done up pretty tight!
Could it be that there isnt enough thread for the nuts now? Theres about 4 - 5mm for the nut too grip on.
