Hi I am just wondering how to install a dizzy into an A15 that I bought with out a dizzy, I am a bit stuck because normally I would just flip the cap off the dizzy and rotate the engine till the rotor pointed at number 1 but now it makes it hard because I can't see where it should line up because ther is no dizzy to check. Should I just remove the rocker cover and rotate the engine clockwise till I see the exhaust open on number 1 then close then the intake open then close then keep rotating the engine till the timing marks line up at 0? would that be true top dead centre for number 1? and can I install the dizzy at that mark with the rotor pointing to number 1 on the cap?
