The story I told about staff not knowing about what they sell annoys me but I don't get angry with them because it could just be poor training. What I hate is when you get treated like a d**khead. When I was looking at buying a new car I narrowed it down to the Accord Euro, Mazda 6 or Mazda SP23. I organised a test drive of each & drove the mazdas 1st. When I said to the salesman that the ride seemed harsh & that there was a lot of road noise, he told me it was because they put very high pressure in the tyres when they import them so they don't go down. I didn't buy a mazda.
