Youv'e sort of answered your own question there. Sounds like H190 is not an option for you. Try an H165, even if you break an axle it's still a lot easier and cheaper than an H190. They're pretty tough anyway, I would think it would be ok. Unless you drive like an idiot, in which case put a big heavy diff in which will worsen handling and cost heaps to fit.
