No you will not damage anything in your engine by running the 45's - except maybe suffering oil wash off the bores due to the sheer volume of gas that your motor wil be trying to burn. You do need to understand than unless the 45's are choked and jetted for your motor that they will probably cause it to run very rich. A cam, headwork, branches and the right set up sidies will see you grinning.
