you can't buy them off the shelf, but you can get yours modified. They just turn down a section of the rod and cut the thread further along. Adjustment/location is performed by means of nuts on either side of the mount. Any competant suspension specialist should be able to do it for around $100 pr, but large franchises may not want to know about it - more interested in selling fitting off the shelf components.
