Most of its pretty heavy, condensor is like a radiator and would sit in front of radiator, compressor (same size as 2 alternators) sits on passenger side of engine(A-series 74+) and then evaporator sits up under dash and takes in air from cabin cools it then sends back into car so would have to plumb hose from that into hoses that run to demister i guess. As for hoses that carry the gas, i would use the ones off donar car personally.
I dont know anyone whos done it, but i think ive got it layed out in my head. The only complicated thing is the wiring, idle setup etc, and getting the air into the cabin properly.
