The reality of this situation George, is that if you had answered the ad in the weeks after Col put the price down to $2100 you could have had it, but now petrol has gone up to $1.40 a litre Col has decided to keep it,in other words he no longer wants to sell it, it has nothing to do with you showing an interest in the car.

And Col wont be editing his posts to make it look like he never said the first person to turn up with $2100 can take it away, because he never said it, I did, and at the time of writing it was true.
