The amount of work ,problems and frustrations you are about to create for yourself are not worth the doubtful rise in value you are hopeing to get on the car.

People are really only interested in buying modded or turboed motors if they are sorted, and the budget you have allowed for the whole project is barely enough to get a hot naturally aspirated motor tuned, let alone build and install a turboed setup from scratch.

My experience is that more people are interested in buying unmolested, unmodified cars than are interested in modified cars, in many peoples mind modified reads unreliable, hard to fix and generally unsatisfactory.

Some one might buy your wagon for their daughters first car but if you turbo it they wont even look at it
