Reportedly, many 1971-1973 A12s cannot go 76mm, but others can. It is recommended to sonic-test them. This bring the A12 out to about 1300 cc.

The A12A and newer (non-US) A12 engines should all to go 76mm.

The A15 can go to 1600+ ccs, you can even buy a complete engine from Pitroad.
