Stainless steel fasteners where suitable.
ARP Head stud set.
Custom made pushrods
Best quality timing chain & crank sprocket
Fully machine & blueprint cylinder block after crack testing.
Fully balance all the usual rotating & reciprocating parts.
Buy new, then porcelain coat, 1200GX exhaust manifold.
Completely rebuild EFI.

Get YaMommy to add all that up & see if it doesn't come close, & I don't really care if you are impressed or not.
