hello dat fans. Im a newcomer to the datsun world as well as the driving world. i have some mechanical knowledge and i am stuck right now. I have a 1977 710 that i have cut the ignition out of(i know i know), trying to put a ignition button in. My ignition seized up and i figured id get rid of the problem by putting one in. I went into this project blind not realizing my ignition had a ballast resistor in it. I was wondering if there is someone out there that can help. I do still have the old ignition but the wire sleeves are stripped off and i cant remember what goes where. I would really appreciate if someone knew the ignition pattern, if they could tell me what i shall do. Other than that i have enjoyed my 710 immensly. She still amazes me on corners. I got it with only 63000 original on it and its been a great car. Also if anyone knows where all the 510s are hidden, antique scrap yards or anything along the line. I live in Surrey B.C Canada. Thanks guys
