For fuel pump. The triggers out of the ECU are mostly earth triggered.

trigger side:
So ignition power to one side of the relay (can jumper off the ECCS relay 12v) and the earth side to the ECU fuel pump pin.

power side:
FAT IGN power or FUSED FAT 12V wire from battery. Other side of relay to the fuel pump + terminal.

Also recommend running a FAT (3mm wire) earth back to where the ECU earths on the chassis or back to engine or battery.

EFI Fuel pumps draw 5amp-15amp.

get my drift? use a fuse on the fuel pump power .
