this is for my 320 ute, hopefully someone can help me on this...

Replaced my wheel cylinders and brake shoes now everything is installed correctly double checked and compared from photos and diagram.
One problem handbrake doesnt work, disconnected the cable from the cross connector under the car so I can test each drum. When you pull the cable the toggle lever doesnt push the extension link that much to be able to push the shoe to the drum, or the shoe is too far away from the link?
I've seated the shoes correctly tried the pulling the handbrake few times before.
Adjusted the adjuster as well and I was on the stage that the drums are dragging or very tight already but the handbrake has no effect
