Could a bent wheel cause the brake pedal to pulse?
Most likely it is a warped rotor.
The brake sounds are usually of two kinds: - A low pitched scraping sound (usally, pads are worn out) - A high-pitched squeal, this is fairly common, usually doesn't indicate a real problem (except for the loud noise). To fix, carefully clean the sliding surfaces, lightly (very lightly) grease them, and... make sure you have the factory Nissan pad shims behind each pad
