i check ebay and craigslist regularly, and get lucky occasionally. i just got louvers for my 1980 210 on ebay, and the last set i'd seen there was about four months ago. you just gotta keep your eyes open.
also, you could check local junkyards, but it seems like mostly they're around closer to the coast / northwest.
my last piece of advice is to look around for other cars with compatible parts, like other datsuns (esp. if you're looking for interior / aesthetic parts).
