if there are threads in the exhaust housing flange...then that's unusual. Never seen that before.
I'd just drill out the threads on the turbo using an 8.5mm drill, so that you can use the factory studs in the manifold.

I can't tell if the turbo flange on tjhe left has threads in it or not due to focus issues
