When I was working at a Toyota dealership in the late '80's we were still rebuilding Tercel front struts. The Toyota spec oil was Dexron III ATF. If you're looking for a cheap temporary fix, that's the oil I'd go with. Motorcycle fork oil would be good too but is more expensive. I'm not sure where you'd find Tokico fork oil. I would stay away from engine oil, it doesn't have the anti foaming additives of ATF or fork oils. As ddgonzal says, make sure you measure carefully when filling. Good luck.
