I run my race coupe with a standard sump with the factory baffels and have never had a oil surge probem . even at philip island which has a very long left hand corner coming onto the main staight.
The main problem was fuel stavation when i fitted a surge tank with 2 fuel pumps 1 feeding the surge tank ,the other feeding the engine
