The way I see it, If there is a legitimate reason for something not fitting or an extra wait on parts etc, etc. Dont lie about it, Honisty is the best policy. Sure the customer may be a bit upset by this but It would prevent threads such as this in ANY forum being distributed around the galaxy and not to mention bad reputations for people aswell. Cheers.
