Geezuz - i am a f*cking idiot!!!!! Just read the user manual for the Stinger, it states in it....

All Nissan Crank Angle Sensors need to be re positioned.

Nissan Sensors are normally set to 60 deg BTDC.

The ecu requires the trigger sensor to be positioned approx.
5 - 15 Deg. BTDC.

If the engine is fitted with a Distributor the Rotor button(if driven via a gear) or optical sensor or disk needs to be repositioned (if no gear drive) .

So the timing is correct given the CAS as it is fitted now, but I need to reposition it so that it reads at 5-15 BTDC.... I need to remove the locator in the Cam gear and reposition the CAS from there........

Thanks for your help guys.... I need to read more.
