Converted's comment is related to the whole kit - including front and rear spoiler and that does make a difference with downforce re: braking and cornering. Flares (be they glass/steel or pumped guards) are usually a rule requirement if you have increased your front and rear track. I don't think IPRA is any different. Read posts a couple of times before ya start a rant mate!!
