You can but a control unit that operates the wiper motor and allows adjustment of intermitant timing. It splices into the original harness. You can adjust it to your own preference.
You dont need to upgrade the wiper motor .
Should be available fron any decent auto shop or auto sparky who could install it aswell.
I have a set up out of a silvia in one of my datsuns and it works a treat!
