Will 120Y conrods not be ok?

I am a little worried about boring the little end of the conrod. I am planning to take my car to the track a couple of times when the engine has been properly done for the application. For 5500 to 6000rpm I think the boring of the conrod will be fine, but I plan to run 7000 maybe 7500rpm on the track and want to keep the Datsun name high. Don't want to go 2 laps and drop a conrod.
If I can get past my viance I must maybe consider A14 with GX goodies and 5 speed.
