this is the exact engine i bought; i did a best of 16.9 in the 1/4 on that cam
i got lucky; it was the wrong engine, so i got a brand new crate engine for $400!!!!!!!
it had a low compression smallport head that i swapped for a bigport, then my modded intake with the weber dgv, 2" exhaust, 3.889 rear end 2,500 lbs with my fat ass in a '71 plymouth cricket ran a 16.9@82 mph
i ran a 9.80 in the 1/8 on the stock '71 1200 carb
