You can buy hose by the foot at any auto parts store. take the old one off so that you can measure it and make sure you get the right size diameterwise.

No hassle......the heater hoses on most cars are rubbish......nobody that I know ( except me...off course) has ever changed those hoses......I wonder it must be awful to have a heater hose burst inside the car...at the heater junction...
