Campo, i dont have any picks, but i mounted the new switch up near the front of the door, and the window kit i have came with plastic covers that cover where the wind handles were. Im going to re-make and re-upholster the doors trims soon, so i can get rid of the covers. The windows wind up at the same speed as most new car windows do.
