About all you can do is start it, then warm it up & check all fluid levels, then change the oil & filter.
Give it a full tune up as per the book & just keep your eye on everything. The lack of condensation under the oil filler cap is a good sign, but just understand that any old oil that remains when you drain it will mix with the new, so put a new filter on it now, & see if you think you want to change the oil & filter again within the first 1,000 miles.

I like to do this whenever I buy another car as it allows me to KNOW for sure what's in the oil pan.
