Well, we don't know where you are, but if you are in Australia, & if you are talking about the blinker lights on the front guards, then they are a legal requirement for street use & simply removing them may well cause some grief sometime down the track with rego Nazi's, so just be aware.

If this is for a racer, then weld a patch in there. [or get one put in by a professional]
