Yep, thanks for the reply TnP, much appreciated, that's a page I have looked at actually and its exactly what the tech section says, see HERE

as I said this only really covers changing whe gears etc not really what was done with all of the other wiring eg ballast resistor, and what else is needed. I dont want to pull out my dizzy only to find out that the elec one needs "x" part that I should have grabbed from the wreckers too.

Another Question I have thought of and I'll do a search but maybe someone can save me the time, My donor dizzy will be from a late A12 (dizzy near no 3 cyl), is there any difference between this gear and an A15? I am assuming not because the e15 swap isn't limited to any particular A series.
