The usual fix is to fit new pads to the calipers as this will push the outer edge of the frame as far out as it is going to go & mark the part that protrudes past the wheel mounting flange of the hub with some chalk, or whatever.

Next, adjust the dimention of the caliper plate by surgicly removing only the offending material with a thermal trimmer. [Gas axe] Finish off the edge with a right angle grinder & a file if necessary to ensure that no unsightly marks remain to offend the eye.
At this point it would be relevant to say that the surgery should be performed by a most competant person with a surgical instrument in good working condition to minimise tissue scaring [of the plate] & minimise the cleanup work afterwards.

Excise 'only just' enough material to get the job done.

Not that this was done to fit my wheels you understand, but I hear tell that others have done this with good results.
