seems like overkill, i hacked in relays by making a harness that plugged into one of the headlamp sockets in the oem harness, that controlled the relays which were under the hood it works nicely and allows you to hook up the headlamps in such a way that they never can be on if the key is off. why arent all cars wired so the headlamps are off when the key is off, some are, subarus for one...
