a rebuild for $2500, that guy is not doing you any favours!
forged pistons are only necessary if you want to push well past the 200rwkw mark, otherwise stick with a stock internal motor. I would also not bother with any extensive head work, maybe just match porting the inlet manifold which you can easily do yourself with a die grinder.
pretty much a roller bearing turbo capable of your intended power, some injectors and the usual mods - exhaust pod filter and capable fuel pump and then finish with a tune.
you can tune the nissan ecu but for ease unless you know someone who can tune it go for an aftermarket ECU.
