They are called "staked" uni joints.
Not meant for re-building but as mentioned they can be machined to accept re-buildable joints.
What you need to determine is whether a replacement shaft is cheaper, or machining as described.
Given the time that these things last, it may be cheaper to replace the entire shaft with a fresher one.
