Hey guys, just to add my 2 cents. I have done all of this stuff, shaved door handles, locks, fuel filler, tailgate, hood squirters, aerial etc etc.....

The fuel filler is easy, just weld it up, then make a braket that sits inside the tub, which holds the steel filler neck. shorter the rubber hose, cut a hole in the tub, and done....just make sure you have holes etc in the tub for fuel to escape.....

Oh yeah, in vic at least, you do not need to have door locks or handles. Only a mechanical means of opening the door from the outside (like phunk said)....yes l've confirmed this with an engineer and he's approving my next project with this mod.
