EFI....
the throttle bodies are mechanically much much simpler than a carb so less mechanical failure.
the whole setup new comparing webers to efi would be about the same for a N/A car. Brand new webers are very expensive.
Once you set a map for your engine the efi will auto adjust to atmospheric conditions ie heat and barometric pressure. Webers cant do that.
The EFI system give a much crisper response time on throttle at low to medium revs. At high revs I reckon webers and efi would be the same.....if you have the webers optimally tuned for high revs that is.
There are less and less people around who can deal with carb tuning and problems..just look at the trouble Ronald on this site is having trying to get someone who has any clue to tuning A series motors with webers.

I have found that the weber internals are highly suseptible to high vibration which the A series generates at high revs. I find that unless new things wear or break quickly a problem throttle bodies would never have.

Yes webers do look smell and sound great, but so do quad throttle bodies!!!
