Remember there are fittings under the throttle that need blocking. One on the side of manifold just behind throttle and then there are 4 little pipes hanging out between the runners for cylinder 3 and 4 I think. They don't all need blocking as they won't all be hooked up to manifold pressure but one of them is connected to the vacuum line that runs to the fuel pressure reg so make sure that one is either blocked or bypassed.
