How long since the CA's been running?

If it's been sitting long enough for the fuel to dry up in the injectors, it can leave a varnish behind which can cause the injectors to stick.

If this is the problem, you can unstick them by running 12V (from your battery) directly accross the injector terminals. They are a 9V injector, so it's perfectly safe, the extra voltage can give just enough "oomph" to unstick them.
If that doesn't do it you're probably looking at getting your injectors serviced or new ones.

I went through this whole process getting my CA to fire.... When I finally fixed the injectors, I found out I also had 2 stuffed coil packs .
